Rude, ******, not helping the people

I'm very disappointed by Telkom,they are very rude and ****** in this thing so called Telkom,they even ending up to giving me a help because of their ****** and rudeness,I wanted to have the landline of our business and I didn't get it because I'm black now am going around Cape town looking for another company that can give me what is needed for our business
