Rude manager insults elderly women

I would like a clear explanation as to what is the Telkom way of dealing with staff disputes as my mother a woman of 54 has just been insulted by a so called manger who was coming to talk or fight with my brother, this rude man came to our house and began to insult and sore at all the people at that house with out so much as an explain as to what was happening. as a Telkom customer I am truly disgusted at Brendan from telecom exchange.
