Rude Manager

I went to upgrade my cell phone account and walked out with no cell phone, just a feeling of complete annoyance! The manager was so rude and spoke about me to the man that was assisting me as if I wasn't even there. He was also very condescending towards the man assisting me. I think that the Manager or whatever he was involved should be re trained on service delivery. I was an extremely happy customer, always bragging about what a fantastic network Telkom mobile was, but now unfortunately after my experience I am considering sourcing a cell phone contract else where. <br> <br> Unhappy Client :(
