Rude lazy agent Mbali

Today I inquired about uncapped fibre. Mbali called me back. Firstly she could not find my complex on some system, expected me to answer to knowing or not knowing teh complex names around me. She was irritated breathing in my ear. When I told her that I do not know these complex's but there are people in my estate that have telkom she told me to go to my neighbours to ask them for their home numbers. Tell me why must I run around because of incompetence from your end. I asked Mbali if I could speak to her supervisor because she was making her problems mine. She put the phone down on me. Telkom you have sales people that are lazy, rude and *********** yet you want to promote service and products. I would like a response on this matter and trust that you will listen to the call that was recorded.
