RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Called in to query my bill ... when i stated and explained i eas being billed way over my due amount . The lady said i was behind in payments i then explained that i was not provided all yhe debit dates and information and told her i dont understand . I was told that " Sir if you can keep quiet and stop talking you would understand long ago" I then told her to put me through so i can rate the poor seevice and she said you dont understand thats your problem and dropped the call . TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE .

So basically **** you telkom and your poor customer service . Everytime theres a problem u dont help you rude and disrespectful. I WILL BE LEAVING TELKOM . MY FIRST CONTRACT WITH TELKOM AND DEFFINATLEY MY LAST .
