Rude customer service consultants

I have a cellphone contract with the company my number with them is ***5... , I have been with Telkom for many years, my account was disconnected because of it was on areas. When my account was settled I contacted the call center countless times for reconnection, everytime a consultant give me a new story and treat my query as new. There is no consistency in information given to clients. This two consultants are rude Ditebogo Buke , Kwanele Simelane was the worst. When I requested to speak to a team leader she says why do need to speak to them? and they are working on themselves they don't report to any team leader. And what I should do is to wait for Telkom to reconnect my number the time they get my query. This Kwanele Simelane is a rude person to work with customers. I don't see myself renewing my contact ever with Telkom.
