Rude customer service consultant

I called Telkom about one of our business routers today at around 13:28, spoke to an agent who called herself Nontu. I had the worst experience with this person. She was sooo rude, started shouting at me and speaking over me. I told her not to speak over me and then she had the audicity to just keep talking over me and not answering any of my questions. I then asked her full name and she refused to give it to me. Asked her for a reference for the call, she never answered me and continued doing whatever she was doing, then she muted the call, then she dropped the call. I will take our business somewhere else as Telkom is no longer monopoly. There are many other places that offer better telecom services and since we are way past our five year contract with telkom, I will move immediately with our business. I will not be insulted by a customer service consultant
