Rude customer service

non-challant attitude of a lady called Thembelihle from Telkom Greenstone mall next to MTN and Dischem. Her service was so poor to an extent that I asked her if she was not in the mood to talk. I was so desperate and ready to get the wifi deal, I had even emailed my documents to needed to sign up for a contract but was really turned off by her. I left the store and went next door into MTN and got a contract there immediately
