Rude customer consultant

I'm so disappointed with your Customer consultants . I called few minutes ago 09:20 and spoke to Linda Phamla as I was asking questions about the system problems she raised her voice at me and sounded rude . Is this how you treat a paying customer I'm glad I'm cancelling my contract and leaving Telkom I've been a loyal paying customer but your service Is ***********.
