Rude customer agent

The most useless and ******* organization, they continued debiting my account after the contract had expired even after two of their sales man called me to extend and, I told them that I am not interested. Yet the guy by the name of Nelisiwe had the nerve to tell me it's my responsibility to call and cancel the contract. Even though I told them, Im cancelling it. The guy dropped a phone while I was still talking to him. This proves that there's no consequence management at Telkom, hence their service sucks
