rude customer

Yesterday i went to Telkom Store in Mafikeng Mall around 12:50,i wanted to apply for a contract phone. the consultant that was helping told me that they are closing the shop at 13:00 so he cant help me to apply for a contract phone. he said the application is going to take 1h30, n 72 hrs to be approved. he said he cant help me because they are left with 10 minutes to close the shop. so i want to know is how customers are treated when they want service ??? as long as the doors of the shops are not closed im entitled to get the service
