Rude Consultants

This morning 24 Sep I woke up and called the Telkom customer service call center and I spoke to one Vuyiseka Mtuse, who was very annoyed even with her picking up the call and greeting me that once I said "Hello my name is...." she had already hung up. What is the matter with Telkom consultants? They are rude and disrespectful and the fact that customers must call in is an inconvenience on its own now we must also deal with the attitude? No ways.
