Rude Consultant - who hung up on me

I just recieved a call from one of the service providers you have appointed to call us with regards to cellphone contracts. She said she was from mobitech or something of that nature, the rudest consultant I've ever spoken to. I politely asked why she wanted the information she was requesting me and she did a huge *sigh* of irritation and hang up on me. The number she used to call was ***. I do not appreciate her rudeness. Please resolve.
