Rude consultant Slindokuhle Skhosana

My account is being billed incorrectly by Telkom so I called in today, I spoke to a call centre agent explaining to her that I am being billed incorrectly her name is Slindokhule Skhosana she was so rude, she raised her voice at me when I was explaining it to her. She does not have any customer service skills whatsoever she ended up cutting the line at me
