Rude consultant, Precious Pule 😤

Hi My name is George.

I was on openserve free trail about week before it could end I received a call from a consultant by the name of Precious Pule who advised that she wanted to provide me with continuation of the fiber I advised her that I just lost my job and I will not be able to afford anything. I even sent her my dismissal letter (have all the proof on whatsapp) She than advised that she wants to only check if I would qualify little did I know that she was proceeding with the application till I got the sms from my bank that telkom wanted to debit.

When I call telkom to cancel no one seems to know what am taking about and they dnt even know what she had app**** for. I transferred to over 9 departments with no joy

When going back to Ms Pule she was very rude and did not want to assist me and told me that I app**** and agreed to the application which I was not made aware of.

Spoke to her on whatsapp and she became more and more rude and didn't even seem to care or understand my frustration.

Telkom consultant's are so rude and will do just about anything to get a sale.

All I wanted was to cancel the account and that debit order. ********* practice
