Rude Consultant - Clymanthia

<p>I was on call for 32 minutes with Clymanthia, just to query one thing! She is absolutely rude, spoke over me. Did not want to listen to what I was trying to query on my account. Spoke about unimportant things. Gave me all the wrong details and information and when I told her the sales consultant stated otherwise she told me I must read my terms and conditons. Kept putting me on hold so she could clarify things and still was so rude and was literally shouting and speaking to me. She kept telling me that I did not understand but in fact she was the one that did not understand what I was querying. I have never spoken to a consultant like Clymanthia. She made me feel like an idiot and as if I did not know what Im talking about. She eventually admitted that she gave me the wrong information, after 30 minutes into the call. Absolutely pathetic, she needs to go on better training for a call centre environment. </p>
