Rude consultant

Had a bad experience, attitude and rude attitude consultant from a consultant by the name of kgomotso Makgola at Telkom Wonderpark, all because it's her knock off time , while assisting .. firstly she didn't want to log in on my problem as I was looking for an assistance with an editional number that's been added on my profile... I just want to know if we only take customers who brings sales or you don't deal with customers service... That's was soo uncalled for and very rude ...
