Rude consultant
<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>I opened a business account at telkom voice and data. The package was including ADSL ROUTER and 3 G data sim. The consultant called Botha in Menlyn didnt give me the data sim card. He told me that I will get everything from the technician whe he comes to install the router. unfortunately, they didnt give the poor technician the data sim. when I returned to ask for the data sim the consultent Botha said "I cant entertain it".</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel so bad that I am paying for something I didnt get, its like a day light *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

since i lodged a complain about the above matter, I havent hear anything from telkom. Busi from Telkom social media team said the matter has been escalated to the store manager. So this is the second disappointment from telkom!!!!!!!!!!!
