Rude Consultant

I have been to Telkom Shop L011 Greenstone Shopping Centre, Edenvale couple of times and always was given good service until now, there is a gentleman working there that lacks customer service skills, he is always impolite, never seems interested in wanting to assist and never ever smiles!! When a person does complain about his attitude he puts the blame on the customer, couple of times I have been to this branch and this consultant it seems is always involved in a argument with clients. I was assisted by him for the ADSL line and another lady for the LTE line, what a pleasure the lady was but the male consultant he is just RUDE!! He wears no name tag and refuses to give his name out, he was the Male consultant assisting in enquiries 30 June between 12:00 - 14:00. <br> How can he be dealing with customers when he was no communications skills what so ever! Bring back the previous consultants please this man is destroying Telkom name. <br>
