Rude consulatnt doesn't pay attention

<p>I took a contract phone at South gate with Kim Adams .I told her that i want a top up contract but she signed me up for a open line after a 1 or 2 days I sent her email telling her that she must change my contract because i wont afford more then R249 a month she refuse to do so, telling me that I can do that my self. i called the call centre they couldnt assist me then reffered me to Kim again ,the first month I was debited R496. then the second month R768. then I did a limit of R30 starting from April which is my premium will be R249+30 total of R279 month end of April but I was debited R738, i reversed the money because I spoke to Ncedo Mooi who sent me a statement on the 28/03/2017 he confirmed that I'll be paying less cause i put a limit for the month of April but i was debited R738. THE SERVICE IS POOR. </p>
