Rude consaltansts and poor service from telkom

The service of telkom is terrible. Worst thing I can warn you about , some of their stores are closed as they have covid but they did not make arrangements or alternatives for people that want to make sim swops . You will be told it's none of their business that you lost your simcard at times that their business is not operating and you will not be assisted online . If you are using telkom don't lose your simcard. I am definitely porting my number after that arrogant and rude behavior I got from their customer care . Of you complain about network, you will be told to pay in order for them to boost it . Which shows they deliberately limit our coverage in order to boast their sales . I will advice you find another network service.
