Rude call centre employees.

I just got a call from Telkom asking me to upgrade my contract, the Lady that just called was rude and so loud when I said I am thinking of closing the contract, she dropped the call on me while I am speaking for no reason. Telkom used to be the most respected company but the call that I just received was very troubleling. I will end all my contracts with them tomorrow.
