Rude Call Centre Agents

Telkom Call Centre agent phoned me a few moments ago and wanted to offer my mother a monthly subscription and I stated that I am in charge of her finances and am the one paying all her expenses and unfortunately she cannot afford the subscription, she then asked for my mother's cell phone number and as I said no she hung up, this is very bad Telkom customer experience and rude, I am the breadwinner and due to this incident will never take any of Telkom's services even if they paid me.
