Rude call centre agents

Called the call centre today to check if there is a problem with the network coverage in our area. Spoke to Phumla Vilakazi who advised that I must request a cellphone tower. When enquiring further, she told me that we have LTE coverage but I will not be able to surf the net as I need internet for our area. She declined to refer me to her manager and argued with me. Someone please "protect Telkom from themselves".

I am very disappointed in their service. As for the agent, please consider finding another career as you are not suited to deal with simple things.
