Rude call center agents, terrible service, nothing gets done from calling them

Terrible service from the store and the call center. I went to the store to go cancel a contract, I was then told to call the call center. I spoke to two agents on different occasions, trying to cancel the contract, nothing was done! The call center agents were so rude! Had no intentions of assisting me.
