Rude Call Center Agent

Called the Call Center, customer service on the 1st of March 2021 from 9pm. The agent named Wonga was rude to me and he kept hanging up on my calls. And wanted to enquire on a very important issue, I wanted to make an international emergency call. The agent was not helpful at all but rude.
