Rude, Bad Attitude and unhelpful
I am currently on hold with the Telkom call centre. I have been on the line with 3 people. The latest of them just rudely cut me off as I was explaining to her that I have been on the line for over an hour and a half. None of these people are helping confirming what I know as a fact of South African life.....TELKOM IS USELESS
