Rude B@#ch & Assh*&es

It's been 199 days waiting for my number with telkom, I spoke to Siphindile today she was rude and refused to put me through to her line manager and put me on hold for 30 minutes "transferring" me. No one has straight answers as to when my line will be reinstated. In Alberton city they are also not helpful there's been no communication from the provider instead I have to call nag grovel, what will it take for me to have my number back? Boitumelo,Sweetness,Smangaliso,Thando,Zandile and more others who just send me back and fourth. The incompetence of employees is ridiculus, they go on as though we forced them to apply for positions and have to repeat yourself everything you call and they hit you with the scripted"sorry for the inconvenience" how is it that no one has answers let alone take 200 days for a system to resolve/release a number? They can't even call to keep one updated 🙄 I have never been so annoyed, it's disappointing that such a big network provider would give such ****ty service
