Rude and unqualified staff not willing to assist

I called Telkom this morning the lady was not even assisting she was so Rude and did not even want me to voice out my query. Her name is Anelisa. I would like to take this futher to the Telkom management and i want my nothing to do with telkom because of the attitude I received from her. I also want to take futher more steps with my lawyers so that they can pull the call records. She even hanged up the call before I could finish off with what i was saying. Am so ****ed with the attitude
