Rude and unprofessional

Went to a Telkom outlet at Loch Logan waterfront Bloemfontein and I was astound at the level of disrespect and rude behavior of the manager and her name is Bernadette . She was unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. I then phone Telkom and spoke to a guy named Bafana who gave me an email address to email my complain and the recipient of that email is Lungelo Zikhali. I emailed him on Saturday with a follow up on Monday because he did not respond, he eventually responded on Monday but it's Thursday today no feedback yet. I don't know if Telkom's employees are just *********** or just don't care . This is unacceptable
