Rude and provocative handling

I am extremely unhappy with the service I just received for a lady by the name of Sbongile if I’m not mistaken at Telkom Galleria

Throughout the whole enquiry and conversation she insisted on not letting me ask the questions I needed answered and calling me stubborn stating that it will not help me get anywhere
