Rude and *********** agents

I had the most rude encounter with a Telkom agent this morning. I asked her a simple question and she had an attitude

Agents name was Monica, I am utterly disappointed in the service, at first i had to wait more than two weeks to get my device delivered and when it finally acme and i had a question i was given an attitude this is unacceptable
