Rude and disrespectful nameless consultant refused fo help me buy data at the store!

Wow i have never been so direspected by a disrespectful and unprofessional stinking attitude lady by the name of Nkele, that is if its her name, she wasnt even wearing her name tag but i can recognise her face. I came to the outlet to buy data bundles here at wonderpark(branch opposite legit). She first off all is giving me answers without enquiring what my query is. I bought a house router and simcard last month in the same branch. She refused to even tell me which other branches are opend so i can go buy data there, and continued to make remarks of "where will you go now at this hour to get any store opened" firstly she does not even know if i have a car or not or how urgent my query is.I was advised to come to only buy data bundles at the store. Now todays new instruction is for me to remove simcard from the dlink router, buy airtime and conver to data and put it back in the router. I have a big problem, what if i break my router. She did the same thing to another customer or two within 5 minutes being there.if telkom branch wants to continue to do well in covid19 times, they better fire this women, clearly she is there to chase customers away. Mina im switching to Rain, i canr stand for this nonsense service like im a charity case meanwhile im paying. I cant recieve a paid service like its a donation or its free...absolutely not. Telkom u have lost me and i will tell people not to use the branch in wonderpark because of bad service! Utterly disgusted, wooow!!!
