Rude and bad service

<p>I went to telkom shop at four ways crossing. To upgrade my phone. One of the consultants there approached me as I was coming in her name is Brenda Malesela. The attitude on that lady she was very rude and had a very bad attitude as if I don't know what I am talking about. She had no customer service at all. She has this attitude of undermining customers. I eventually drove to mall of Africa I got help there. Brenda is one rude lady. Never again will I set foot there because of her attitude and I will never recommend anyone to go to that shop</p> <p>Very disappointed.</p>
