Rude and arrogant sales staff

I would like to complain about Telkom.

I already have an account with Telkom for a landline and a internet router. I cannot upgrade my data contract which I find ridiculous, so I had to put in for an additional device. Now we already pay for these 2 subscriptions and this lady calls me to confirm the sale and check on a few details and because its me and I don't have a bank account because we just use one account so won't authorise the sale, and was very rude and didn't want to even phone my wife to complete the sale. I was very angry.
