Rude agents and very bad customer service 📢

My account has been blocked for the past 2 days, I called the customer service line only to not get help from one rude agent Andile Phisane and she's was mumbling her both her name and surname.. January Telkom did not debit, I called they said it's an error I will be double debited Feb no problem, on the 25th they did double debit me no problem, now my account is blocked then I called y is my account blocked coz u did debit my account, Andile Phisane the agent told me my account was with debt collectors how because they are the ones who didn't debit ok fine, I called again spoke to agent who sounded like he is still sleeping and my account is still blocked.. Telkom is ******* honestly
