Rude Agents

I am not sure if this is Telkom's way of working, but I wasted my time with a stupid, rude agent this morning by the name of Pinky Hadebe. she had the audacity to drop my chat when I took my precious time to contact you. I am never renewing my contract with you again, m really disgusted by this terrible service.
