rude agents

Good Day..... I was just dealt with very rudely by someone from your support team. I am a loyal telkom customer both by mobile and landlines. MY bussiness numbers are all connected via telkom.I have purchased my adsl connection through you as well. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes and and a guy from your technical support team by the name of Misterleena answers. I gave him my query of us not having any WiFi connection for the last 2 days and asked if he could help in some way. he asked me to keep the crying baby (my baby) who was in another room quiet. I politely said to him I will pick her up . she only started crying be coz I put her down to speak to the not so friendly gentleman. he said to me to close the door and block the crying. I told him I will do no such thing but rather pick her up. she obviously would be quiet if I had picked her up. i asked to speak to somebody else...he then said I looked like the type of person to tell him what to do and said HAVE a good day and put the phone down in my ear.
