Rude agent called Phemelo

I called their customer line and spoke to (Phemelo) a very rude agent who told me that we should try speaking in a different language because it seems like I do not understand when using English. I did not even get my query resolved as this was a waste of my time with him on the call. I do not appreciate the service I received from him and suggest he be replaced by someone who can understand people.

He is rude, impatient and kept on sighing the entire time during the call. If he has a problem working he should just stay at home and let people who need a job work!!!
