Rude agent and not helpful

Your agent Philile Duma knows nothing about treating customers with respect, I only wanted to find out if i needed to deactivate the international roaming as was activated a few days ago and her first response without even acknowledging me or what i had said was i'd need to go to ur stores of which my response was i wont do that. U were able to activate it telephonically and u shoud be able to deactivate just the same. She then placed me on hold for over 10mins. She must have hoped i was gonna hang up. Her attitude stinks she needs to learn a thing about soft skills and product knockledge. So disgusted
