Rude agent

I want to complain about Mr Mkhize (Vehicle reg. DP 91 CS GP) who arrived at our house on Sunday 4 October 2015 at 14h30 to repair our phone line. I found him to be rude and unhelpful, especially when it came to showing his Telkom ID. And why does Telkom come to work at our house on Sunday at all? He said he had an appointment which is a blatant untruth. In my view Sunday visits from Telkom are disrespectful and invasive and contemptuous of our religious beliefs. Maybe it's the attractions of overtime.
