Rude agent

My bad experience at Telkom Maponya mall soweto. The agent by the name of Nonhlahla Nqumalo treated me so badly on the 30 January 2022 on Sunday. It was me and Thabo we came to buy a phone. We were sanitized nicely at the door and we were told to get inside by Thembeka who was working at the door by then. So we checked the phone and I went back to the door to ask the lady who sanitized us about the contract then I went back to the phone to show her what I want. Then Nonhlanhla came out of nowhere she even left the customers to tell us that we must go out to sanitize again because she didn't see us sanitizing. The lady who was helping told her that we did sanitize then she insisted on chasing us out and she instructed the lady to call security for us. That time she left the customer and she's making noise and she told us that we not gonna buy the phone no one will help us. She was so rude we end up not buying the phone because she said we can't but until we she sees us going out and inn again. I was never ever disrespected like that in my life I'm 46 years I was shouted and badly treated for trying to buy a phone . The other lady even told her that she sanitized us but because she didn't see she treated us and the lady who's working there was badly treated in front of the customer. Nonhlahla she's bully and rude she doesn't have customer service actually she acts as if she owns Telkom Maponya mall. Please help I still need to buy that phone. My name is Letta my number is ***.
