Rude agent

Was contacted by a agent today at about 16h50 who was offering me a wifi 10gig a month contract deal which I declined and he was beginning to get rude and told me that I hate my children because I'm m not interested in wifi. Telkom please sort out your rude agent!!!! The number he called me from was ********** 267. I know all calls are being recorded so there's evidence!
