Ruble left behind by your contractor

During the last week of August and first two weeks of September there was a company apparently contracted by Telkom to install a manhole for Fibre installation on the sidewalk in-front of my house, they seem to have completed the work but have left a huge heap of ruble including plastic pipes, some tree branches and all the sand dug out on the lawn next to the manhole, they’ve finished working in the area as we haven’t seen them in the last three weeks. When they were still busy in-front of my house they promised that they will remove the ruble by the end of the week before they left, this is already three weeks ago. Can someone please ensure that this company comes and cleanup the mess they've left behind, or provide me with their details. We are in the Roodepoort, Discovery ext.6 area
