Rubish service terrbible company

Wish I could give a zero rating honestly how is telkom allowed to still be open they lie they ***** and their call centre is proof that you can just get a job without any expierience nor intelegence really...Ive never in my life had such a terrible expierience with someone and I cant even cancel my contracts because it will cost me a arm and a leg .I remeber when working in retail I was told the customer is always right not in South Africa anymore the call centre agents will tell you whats right and whats wrong.I could understand the attitude towards someone who never pays but I've never ever not paid them , they cant even keep with your agreed Debit oder date its a joke..but to treat people like this is unaccaptable really and yet again nothing will be done about it because in our country the business is always right and your wrong
