Telkom Business is the worst service provider I have come across .

They have moved me to FLLA after saying that copper will be discontinued , I had started with a 10GB of data package in April , when my data ran out they could not allow me to purchase extra data so the solution was to upgrade to 20 GB of Data , at the end of MAY I ran out of data and they upgraded me to 40 GB of data , End of June when I ran out of Data I upgraded to Unlimited Data , Since then they have charged me for unlimted data but the data stops at 40 GB . When I callled in for assisistance they keep transferring me from Sales to Technical department with each department saying it is the others problem .
