******* service from Telkom Ballito Junction and Telkom Insurance

What terrible service, the staff are clearly ***********. I've been trying to register a claim for my damaged phone and have been sent from pillar to post by the store and Telkom Insurance (Adminplus). I am told to email Adminplus so they can fetch the phone but Adminplus says they don't do that and I must go back to the store. When I get to the store I'm sent back because apparently my device doesn't show on their system. I've been doing that for the last 3 weeks I've been to the store at least 6 times. This has to stop, I still haven't been assisted.
