******* service at Telkom Hemmingways

The worst service ever. My sister got a router from Telkom Mobile store at Hemmingways in EL towards the end of 2019. The router subsequently stopped working end of January 2020. It was taken into the store for repairs on 4 Feb. We were given reference details below:

Dear Pumla Nelana, your DSL-G2562DG Black DLink has been allocated to a Repair centre for repairs - *** We will contact you with any updates. Telkom Mobile. Please do not reply to this

Now when we return to the store or call no one at Telkom is able to tell us why we do not have a new routers as the warranty is 12 months. Today was the last straw as I was transferred from the. store at Hemmingways to atleast 5 other people who were not able to assist.
