Telkom is the worst service provider in this country, actually they don’t even fit the category of service provider cause they don’t value their customers, **** service, ****ed up processes, no complaints process. How the hell do you serve people if you don’t care about their feedback or do anything about how they are treated. I’m glad that I can pay off my contract & end the relationship, I can’t take anymore of this ******* treatment I’m getting from telkom. Consultants putting me on hold for 30min & then cut the call, team leaders never available to complain to, debits running any date of the month, & & &. I am enough
