It is absolutely flabbergasting that Telkom makes it a mission if not impossible to cancel a contract with them. My contract has expired and I have been back and foeth online and App because when it comes to cancellation you can not deal with the call centre but when they wana sell you contracts they can speak to you. Their online cancellation requests doesnt work.
